If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and want a refund, the product must be returned and inspected first. If the product meets the return criteria, you will receive a full refund for any returned items.
- Free return shipping is only provided when the return is due to a company error (e.g., wrong item sent) or damage caused by the courier during shipping.
- If the return is due to buyer preference or an error made by the customer, the buyer is responsible for providing their return label and must return the item in its original packaging. If the original box is no longer available, the customer must provide an appropriate box that ensures the product's safe return.
- Products must be in acceptable condition. Major damages will void the refund guarantee, while minor damages may be accepted with a fee (up to $50).
- A 20% restocking fee may apply, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy, for similar situations where the return involves design changes or customer-requested modifications after shipment.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
