We offer a 365-day money-back guarantee on all eligible products, subject to the following conditions:
- Return & Inspection: To qualify for a full refund, the product and its packaging must be returned and inspected. If the returned product meets our guarantee policy, a full refund will be issued.
- Guarantee Policy: Products must be in acceptable condition. Any significant damage, such as watermarks or signs of improper use or neglect, will void the guarantee. Minor damages will be accepted but may incur a fee of no more than $50.
- Packaging Requirements: Customers are responsible for providing adequate packaging to protect the product during return shipping. If original packaging is not available, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain suitable replacement packaging. If a product is returned without proper protection and is damaged during shipping, this will void the guarantee. CornholeGamesUSA is not responsible for any costs associated with obtaining or replacing packaging.
- Custom Products: Refunds for custom products are subject to additional conditions. If the custom item shows signs of use or wear & tear, it will no longer be eligible for a refund.
- Stolen Packages: Please note that CornholeGamesUSA and our couriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) are not liable for packages marked as successfully delivered but stolen after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the security of their package upon delivery. We recommend monitoring tracking information closely to avoid theft.

I have to admit, I saw a custom set of boards on one of the reviews on the website and thought it looked awesome. I don’t have the most creative gene, so I used the really cool idea that the buyer designed and I duplicated it. That being said, and giving all design credit to the buyer who originally came up with the artistic idea…. the craftsmanship of these boards are phenomenal. There was a small mark on one the sides of one of the boards from shipping, but I will be able to take care of that on my own. The boards are extremely heavy duty and appear very well made. I look forward to getting many years of fun out of these. Thanks again!

I'm not planning on going pro, but I have the baddest boards anyone has ever seen. Heavy, pro-quality. Included bags, bag, scoreboard and lifetime warranty. All for $245. Won't beat that anywhere. Minor chip on the edge but it won't affect gameplay.
The boards are beautiful, and HEAVY! Everyone loves them... Haven't been able to play yet due to the weather, but hopefully soon... They definitely appear to be something that will last a while... Customer service is awesome as well...
